Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use Insightly for two things: business development and project management. For business development, it addresses the specific problem of having several leads, opportunities and potential priorities, and allows us not to lose track of who, when and how we contacted potential partners and clients. For project management, it is a fairly simple tool to keep track of the project and keep all team members aware of whats going on.

Pros

  • easy to do list
  • easy to upload and download info
  • reports on every single activity

Cons

  • Uploading tasks: the system has sometimes trouble identifying categories
  • I don't really see the difference between "related to" and "links" - seems redundant.
  • The home tab is not particularly useful, I would prefer to see upcoming tasks - or a snapshot of what´s going on in projects, opportunities, etc.
  • Increased Sales
  • Improved efficiency
Greatly improved efficiency. Increasing sales I am not sure, but I think it is more related to the environment I am inserted in than with the use of the tool :)
For organizations starting on CRM, because it is free and user-friendly.
