Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We implemented Insightly to better manage our client relationships. The system allows us to seamlessly link our valued clients to lead, opportunities, and projects. Our clients are important to us and we don't want them to get lost amidst all of the data that we gather so Insightly has been a huge asset to our client relations initiatives.

Insightly allows us to easily input and track our customer relationships. I love using the tasks and reminders so I don't forget to touch base with important clients.
I haven't personally used any other CRM programs to the depth that I have used Insightly so I am unable to comment on the comparison between Inisghtly and other products available on the market.

Evaluating Insightly and Competitors
Yes - We previously used the contact database that is part of Microsoft Outlook but that had a lot of limitations compared to all of the capabilities of Insightly.

I would choose Insightly over and over again!
