Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly is being used by my personal sales department, comprised of 8 individuals. It allows us the opportunity to navigate our sales and ongoing projects all in one portfolio. Comparisons of data and [analysis are] necessary for the continuation of further sales and successes.

  • Good app on the iPhone, mobile on the go
  • Very little storage on the free version
  • Issues with email functionality, interference with Gmail login
  • Dull graphic designs, slightly dated
  • Increased productivity and sales
  • Easy education process to new team members
  • Limited access to support team as needed
If it weren't for the learner-friendly contact with Insightly, our team would be far behind in our successes. With illness and conflicts not [allowing] office time for some, Insightly has made mobile access the saving grace of our team. Anyone can learn this software and teach others to follow. Very happy!
Insightly is a better organized, user-friendly, and mobile-friendly software. While it may be pricier than competitors, it makes up for it by saving the team time and confusion in the process. Our team has been more successful with the navigation of this software which has led to more sales long term. Other competitors, such as Hubspot, do not offer the ability to email directly from the software, which adds additional steps and time in the sharing of information and project details.

Insightly is the perfect option to utilize in a multi-staff project management team that requires organization of deadlines, tasks, and active projects. It allows the group to work on items simultaneously while also having access to [the] current workings of their colleagues. It is the perfect software for those working remotely that still need to stay connected. This would not be as necessary [for] a small/ single group due to such minimal project capacity that may be present.

Using Insightly

6 - My team is comprised of 6 people. The individuals that have integrated this software into their work-life are all a part of a real estate team that focuses on residential, commercial, and lease agreements. Using the data from each transaction allows everyone to see where they fall in relation to the team and which areas could need assistance in becoming more productive.
6 - All people that utilize this software are located in a shared office. If unable to attend the office at any time, this software allows for them to be remote and still put their work at the fore-front of their daily lives. While each individual has different objectives, they learn from one another due to their close knit setting.

Insightly is a company that is utilized on a daily basis within the team. I see no need in the near future to change resources or platforms that could be better than this one. The team has been happy with the format and layout of the software which promotes a positive work environment.

Insightly Support

Support systems are not always the easiest to get into contact with. However, this is true for many companies, and I do not hold it against them. A typical Google search will often solve the problems that I cannot.
