Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

I use Insightly regularly and have experienced great results. It is the first thing I log into every morning to determine where I am with my sales and management. Although I mainly use it to track sales opportunities, I also use the notes feature to track conversations I have with current clients. This is the best CRM I have found in terms of functionality and affordability.

  • The home dashboard is helpful and loads right when you log in so you can view your status at a glance.
  • I like being able to click right from the dashboard when I log in to get to the most important info.
Very helpful for managing client interactions. For example, when I'm on a call with a client or potential client, I can take notes about what we discussed and bring it up later. I like to do bullet points so that I can bring them up later. It helps me to remember the most important topics for them and they see that I actually care about helping them.
In terms of workflows and performance, I find the dashboard to be very user-friendly. Everything is easy to navigate and customizable. There are certain data sets that I like to be able to quickly navigate to and the platform lets me customize that. I also like the ability to automatically create or convert a project when I add a new client. I can also automate tasks via Zapeir.

Insightly is great for CRM for tracking sales opportunities and leads. The notes feature is particularly helpful when tracking conversations and followup. Whenever I'm on a call I can pull it up and it helps me to recall where we left off in the conversation and any personal topics we discussed. Notes are a great way to reconnect with a customer and to stay on top of things.
