Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
I use Insightly regularly and have experienced great results. It is the first thing I log into every morning to determine where I am with my sales and management. Although I mainly use it to track sales opportunities, I also use the notes feature to track conversations I have with current clients. This is the best CRM I have found in terms of functionality and affordability.

- This has positively affected the way I view sales opportunities via their charts.
- The home dashboard is helpful and loads right when you log in so you can view your status at a glance.
- I like being able to click right from the dashboard when I log in to get to the most important info.
In terms of workflows and performance, I find the dashboard to be very user-friendly. Everything is easy to navigate and customizable. There are certain data sets that I like to be able to quickly navigate to and the platform lets me customize that. I also like the ability to automatically create or convert a project when I add a new client. I can also automate tasks via Zapeir.
