Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use Insightly to keep client communications in order and link contacts to opportunities. We use it to keep track of lost, open and won opportunities to service the correct people. This application is used in conjunction with other applications we use to keep our business running effectively and efficiently.

  • Being able to open notes as pop-ups

We do not use this platform to communicate with clients. We use this application in conjunction with another platform for client communication. All client communication is then recorded in Insightly to be referenced at a later date if needed.
We do not use marketing or email from Insightly. Our company does not use any marketing materials in general.

Would you buy Insightly again?

Yes

Pros: Task list is easily managed, layout is easy to learn, opps and contacts connect effortlessly, can be used on cell, can add attachments to opps for future use.
Cons: Note details are not easily accessible, cell phone app is not very user friendly, not enough personalization, can’t change much on the personal preferences
