Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

I use Insightly to manage all the projects we currently have in our pipeline. Our business problem is how to effectively manage all the 5k+ jobs we have. With several stages and phases, it is really hard to keep tracking all of them in a safe manner, and Insightly provides this for us. We use Insightly as project reports and have created custom objects to fill even more reports with important and relevant information.

As mentioned before, Insightly is a great CRM made to be used by companies that want to have their projects organized in an efficient way. Since our transition to Insightly 2y ago, we can make sure our projects are being taken care of, checking their timelines and creating new reports!
Working in a renewable company, we have several projects being edited at the same time, and Insightly allows us to do that. It also helped, by showing the project timeline on the top of the page, to improve our timelines and workflows to deliver the best customer experience possible to all our clients!

I believe there aren't major problems that I have encountered while using Insightly. We used to use a weird CRM made of sheets that would force us to open several tabs. With Insightly, all information is on one page within the fields we created to be populated. I only think there could be more fields on the project page that will allow us to add more relevant information. Each department has its needs for fields that end up not being created due to the lack of remaining fields available.
