We use Insightly to manage and track our customer relationships and customer data. We are a relationship based business, so this database helps us to keep track of our clients and their data and information. The database allows us to link clients to projects and companies and helps us to stay organized.

We chose Insightly over other CRM platforms such as Salesforce because it was very user friendly and easy to customize for our needs. Insightly is very comprehensive and has lots of options, but it wasn't as overwhelming like Salesforce and some of the other more robust CRM software platforms. Insightly was our top contender for ease of use.
