Overall Satisfaction with InsightSquared
The entire organization uses InsightSquared to view activity metrics and results. We rely on it to see how we are doing and make business decisions. It is integrated with our ATS/CRM application. (Bullhorn) It also provides us with data on how are people are doing with phone activity. Can't imagine not having it.

- Cannot display averages in a meaningful way for us
- Does not connect to our back office (Bullhorn Back Office)
