Overall Satisfaction with Intacct
In my role, I currently use Intacct to look up payment details. I can search an invoice several different ways. I can run bill registers to see if any credits are holding up payments. I also print/email check remittances.
- Ability to search for an invoice several different ways.
- Organizes all the payment and credits and is easily read in the bill register.
- Quick to gather the data. We post many invoices and I can always get the register pulled up and exported quickly.
- Having only been in my new role for the past few months, I have not found any problems or weaknesses.
- I feel Intacct keeps our payment flow organized and efficient. It keeps the debits and credits within each store, of which we have over 200 now, so that helps whereas our old system just applied credits to any store.
I have only been part of the accounting team for a few months so Intacct is all I know.
