Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Intacct to manage outsourcing clients. The cloud technology made it easy to access and manage clients' books virtually. It allows us to work anytime at any location via web access. Also, the integration function allows us to connect with other applications, like expense tracking, bill payment, and fundraising database, etc.
- Integrates with other business application
- Cloud based accounting software is browser-based and mobile-friendly
- Great customer service, which eliminates hardware costs and IT effort
- Reporting period - Only Trial Balance and General Ledger can run report for any given time period. Other reports in the Reporting module don't provide flexibility of the report starting date.
- Standard Report - Intacct report has great flexibility. It would be great, if standard reports can be provided as a default. At least, revenue and expense total should be fixed, regardless the grouping.
- Allocations - Paid invoices under A/P module, should allow "Edit" for allocations in Department, Project, etc. Our clients are mostly non-profits. We always need to go back and re-allocate expenses to funding sources, different programs, etc.
- Great customer service.
- Enables us to expand business to different states, because location is not a problem for cloud based technology.
- QuickBooks Online,Fund E-Z
QuickBooks is not a fund accounting software. Fund EZ is not cloud based.
