Overall Satisfaction with Intacct
Intacct is the preferred choice for our own clients when considering a switch to a new computer software. We perform rapid assessments, and offer Intacct as the first choice for a new cloud computing system. We implement the software, train the client and also complete the outsourcing for those clients on Intacct.
- Controls are in place so there is proper accounting segregation of duties and others do not abuse accounting policies.
- Intacct also seamlessly works well with Intacct Marketplace partners to offer new and innovative additional features that customers need.
- They care about their clients and customers and are continuously offering support groups/training for everyone to collaborate and learn.
- I do hear from our own staff that the Order Entry module has some limited features or [that it is] hard to go back and fix or correct items.
- Inventory area from feedback I hear is also an area where there are work arounds that others have found, but more ease of use on modifying transactions would be appreciated.
- Bank feeds [that] are sought out with auto matching would be something most would be excited for!
- Increased employee efficiency.
- Great customer service.
- Great collaborative training.
I think the ease of use and training and flexibility with financial reporting raises the bar among the others.
