Overall Satisfaction with Intacct

Intacct is the preferred choice for our own clients when considering a switch to a new computer software. We perform rapid assessments, and offer Intacct as the first choice for a new cloud computing system. We implement the software, train the client and also complete the outsourcing for those clients on Intacct.
  • Controls are in place so there is proper accounting segregation of duties and others do not abuse accounting policies.
  • Intacct also seamlessly works well with Intacct Marketplace partners to offer new and innovative additional features that customers need.
  • They care about their clients and customers and are continuously offering support groups/training for everyone to collaborate and learn.
  • I do hear from our own staff that the Order Entry module has some limited features or [that it is] hard to go back and fix or correct items.
  • Inventory area from feedback I hear is also an area where there are work arounds that others have found, but more ease of use on modifying transactions would be appreciated.
  • Bank feeds [that] are sought out with auto matching would be something most would be excited for!
  • Increased employee efficiency.
  • Great customer service.
  • Great collaborative training.
I think the ease of use and training and flexibility with financial reporting raises the bar among the others.
I love the controls and whole outlook of not putting in junk in the system. Cleaning up the COA and setting the system up the correct way, sets the bar and aligns with the professional standards a a CPA needs to uphold.
I think certain industries that need robust reporting with multiple locations, product lines, and several customers, etc., are the perfect prospects for Intacct.
