Overall Satisfaction with Intacct
It is being used in the accounting and finance department. It is also providing financial information to other ministries. It provides insights and information to ministries. It is also streamlining accounting processes.
- Support - I never had to wait too long.
- Integration - Many products integration to streamline processes.
- I wish that budget notes could be published in a financial report so users don't need to drill in.
- I wish Intacct had an phone app for dashboard.
- I hope that Intacct will have forecasting capabilities.
- I wish that the graph could be more user friendly and allowed for more flexibility like Excel.
- Increased employee efficiency definitely. Allows us to better scale the business.
- May allow shared services for other churches.

We decided to go with Intacct because of cost, use of dimensions and it is cloud based.
