Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

We use Intercom to communicate with all of our platform users, manage user activation, user engagement, send marketing campaigns to inactive users, answer doubts and work with other funnels. This includes articles and product tours. We also use their bot to automate answering basic doubts, generating leads via the platform and other activities that can be automated with that.

We understood that HubSpot is better for lead generation in the company's website, while intercom is for acquired leads/users who now need to be engaged and managed in the platform. Intercom is easier to use and has better chat features than HubSpot. Our current problem is integrating both to have a single pirate metrics funnel.
I think Intercom is a great fit for SaaS companies that have a platform where they need to communicate with their users for anything related to FAQs, issues, marketing campaigns and stuff.
