We use the platform to provide support to our customers when they need some kind of support regarding our system. Generally, the support provided is related to the use of Our platform and specific questions about its functionalities. Was the most fluid way we can find to solve our customers' problems directly.

It's amazing how the conversation with the customer ends up happening in a very fluid and assertive way since Intercom ends up offering us the possibility of directly solving the customer's problem directly through the chat. Our customers love the way we provide support and Intercom certainly has a great role in it.
