Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

We use Intercom to be able to keep track of every communication with our clients and be more efficient by being able to share the communications with the team. We link every step with other programs to get more out of it. If we don't use it we lose track of possibly the client.

Because does very good his job!! is easy and efficient if the person that uses it uses it right. The support team handle the issues much better and faster
Intercom is linked with other programs and the result is 100% good.

a large team where communications cant be lost and information have to be controlled. I will not use it if my team is small and information doesn't need to be controlled to 100%
