Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

Intercom is our primary communication application with our clients. They use intercom to contact us for any and every query they have. Intercom allows clients to get in touch with us within 2 mins and resolve their queries.
As a Software company with more than 700 clients, Intercom makes it easy for us and our clients to keep communication open.

  • Setting up on our sites is no complex
  • Has a lot of modern features
  • Certain attachments cannot be downloaded
  • Response time for queries with their support is quite long
  • Faster application loading and ease of use
It's quite simple to use, has a lot of features and insights. We can track our work and efficiency without having to get different account types for different users.
We have intergrated intercom to all of our sites via API. We've not come across issues with the setup or the connection and it's always stable to use.
Intercom offers really good and consistent application for our clients to talk to us. Chat support is the fastest way to contact us and intercom has made it happen.

Intercom is the best chat service out there, has a lot of features that helps us do our jobs better.
I don't there are any negatives on using it as it has been highly beneifical to us.
