Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp to communicate with our church congregation. We have regular emails and special announcement emails that go out to anywhere from 10-150 people at a time. We love utilizing the templates for our regular emails and the ease of customizing them for our brand and needs. We also love creating lists and integrating them with our people manager software, as well as the ability to schedule them to send at our convenience. We are very happy with our experience with Mailchimp!
Pros
- Ease of creating attractive emails.
- Ease of creating lists and user subscriptions.
- Seeing drafts of emails in different types of screen sizes.
- Scheduling emails to send when we want them to arrive in people’s inboxes.
Cons
- The ease of text formatting could be improved.
- Professional-looking emails that are easy for our congregation to read.
We haven’t used that for our purposes.
- Email marketing
We don’t really use Mailchimp for those purposes since our use is for a congregation, not a business.
We have not utilized any of those at this time.
In our context, not a lot.
