Overall Satisfaction with InVision Freehand
Our team used InVision to do a user journey mapping exercise and to document critical user journeys for our customers.
- The platform makes it pretty easy to create and arrange notecards.
- I wish there were more reaction emoji options.
- The notecard feature.
- It is too early to tell what the ROI will be based on my business's use of InVision. We just use it to organize journey maps and such, which are sometimes hard to quantify impact-wise.
