Overall Satisfaction with isolved

Our organization uses isolved for all our payroll and timekeeping. We also use it for benefit enrollment and tracking. Having everything in one location, with one login has saved me a tremendous amount of time in my day to day tasks. The staff is super friendly and eager to help!

1 - Company IT. Really hasn't had to do much to support, just makes sure that when the link address was updated that all the stores where updated to reflect the new address for login.

The customer support is amazing, any issues or questions that arise, they are on it! Such an amazing, supportive staff and having everything in one spot, under one login has simplified my daily tasks.

Yes - ADP- We had multiple issues with direct deposits and associates being paid incorrectly.

We tried to focus not only on price, but accessibility and ease of use. Isolved is extremely user friendly, not only for administrative and HR staff but also all of our store level associates.
I would not change anything. We made an excellent decision

No. We do not typically have an major issues as our payroll is pretty straight forward.
An associate was accidentally taxed as a 1099 employee in the 2nd quarter of the year, it was caught in the 3rd quarter and adjusted, which was incorrect. iSolved immediately caught my error and adjusted it to all reflect on the 2nd quarter and never made me feel inadequate or that I had done something wrong.(even though I did)

Yes - The new system is so easy to use and with the URL code for associates to scan, I get very minimal questions.

They did the majority of the legwork and worked with our vendor to make us do minimal work. They guided us through the entire process and were there every step of the way.

Price increases do happen every year. I understand that the cost of living rises, but every year to us is a bit excessive.
