Overall Satisfaction with isolved

I am just learning the system. The payroll and hires features are very but it seems like there may be more features that could be expanded. It's definitely better than SAP/Success Factors
  • Ihire very customizable

  • Reporting there are so many reports descriptions or samples would be helpful
  • iHire time to fill reporting would require you not to refresh postings ever 30 days
  • Customer service -when I call they direct me to email. When I email, they just brush off the issues to close the ticket- no real solutions
  • Months have gone by and we receive errors in our feed and our iSolved team has no resolution

Customer service is awful. I'm just learning the system but it looks capable. The search feature in iSolved University never produces relative results for simple searches.

isolved Support

Customer service just passes requests around from person to person with no real resolution.
