Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We purchased the full suite of isolved HCM and payroll after much consideration. We were looking for a full-integrated system and the ability for our employees to have ESS access to a system that we hoped would be intuitive and for administrators to easily navigate all of the modules.

Return on Investment

Waste my time and that of employees and managers.

Alternatives Considered

Paychex Flex, BambooHR, Netchex, APS Payroll, Paycor and Paylocity

Checked most of the boxes. Should have insisted on speaking to references who could speak to implementation and hand-off.

Likelihood to Recommend

Would give a zero if that were an option. Terrible implementation. Resources are thin. Too often told that there is no reason that they can discern as to why something is set up or works the way it does, e.g., an employee who waived a benefit during open enrollment (and is indicated as such on the OE screen) has a deduction for that benefit in the next payroll. An employee is mysteriously not on the payroll register despite having all hours approved.
