Overall Satisfaction with isolved

I use isolved to run payroll and manage our HR data, as well as benefits administration and open enrollment. We also use the hiring platform and onboarding services, and we are in the process of building out the performance review module. isolved keeps us organized and efficient and provides excellent employee experience for our staff.

  • Customer service can take awhile to respond.
  • Would love for staff to be able to upload documents when updating direct deposit, etc.
  • Would love to see some kind of "employee hub" for staff engagement.
  • Efficient workflows between hiring, HR and payroll.
  • Strategic customer success manager who helps us plan for improvement and growth.
  • Robust reporting features that allows for creating your own reports.
  • Saved time within finance department by having robust reporting features.

isolved provided so much support during our implementation and continues to be an amazing resource not just in our payroll processing, but in strategic planning for our organization. Our customer success manager provides a level of "white glove" service that we did not experience in either organization. We know that we can count on them for whatever need arises.

isolved is great for our mid-size organization because it allowed us to start with the services we needed and add new modules as we grew. For an organization that is much larger, or that is already used to a fully integrated HCM service, piecing together all of the modules at once could be cumbersome.
