Overall Satisfaction with isolved

We use isolved for our payroll, time keeping, personnel files, HRIS. Some of the biggest issues are with employee's trying to reset their password, and they are unable to do so on their own, without an admin sending them a reset link. The customer service reps are usually very helpful.
  • I like how the entire process is integrated from time keeping, to benefits, payroll, HR, and LMS.
  • There are limitless reports that are system generated and also that you can create on your own
  • It is nice that they have people that specialize in each department, so that they are experts at what they do, rather than one person trying to help on everything and only knowing a little bit about each thing
  • The new email/ queue system for contacting our customer service rep is worse than when we were able to contact the rep directly - while I understand the reason behind the queue, it is less efficient from the client side
  • Customer service can be slow to answer - which, when dealing with Payroll, which is super time sensitive, can be super frustrating
  • It seems that there is a lot of turn around, so we always have a different customer service rep, which is frustrating having to keep explaining to a new person all of the ins and outs of our company

Overall, I really like how integrated isolved is. I like how the time keeping is integrated and pulled right into the payroll. I like how the hiring site is also integrated into the payroll. The system allows for employees to onboard themselves, therefore HR/ payroll is not having to enter all of the information for new employees. I do with that the system would allow for us to have a supplemental payroll open at the same time as a regular weekly payroll. I also wish that the system would allow for hr/ payroll admins to open their own supplemental payrolls, so that we were not at the mercy of the responsiveness of our customer service reps.
