Overall Satisfaction with isolved

I use isolved for employee benefits administration, including open enrollment. We onboard and pay employees using isolved, and employees view employment, pay, and leave data in the system. Lastly, we use our isolved system to share forms and data with employees.

  • Quick data for administrators, i.e., employee census on landing page

  • Because it's so reliable, we have no need to look elsewhere. Thereby saving the organization time.
  • Being able to build a relationship with support personnel is invaluable

I've used isolved for over 5 years and have communicated with the same representatives since my start. They are knowledgeable about their systems, and able to quickly assist when issues arise. I look forward to the ability to build and administer Open Enrollment on my own and with a quicker turnaround time.
