iSpring Learn and Integration with Suite
Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Learn
In our organization we utilize iSpring Learn for onboarding training, continuing education, on demand trainings, and follow up assessments. In our industry there are ever changing regulations and product lines that we are responsible for servicing, so this allows all employees from all of our locations to receive centralized education that is standardized but can also be customized.
Pros
- The iSpring Support Team is incredibly quick and efficient.
- Having the entire Suite, the integration is easy to handle.
- Getting users set up within the program is well done.
Cons
- I would like to see the integration between Learn and Cloud be more efficient.
- Users tend to have difficulties resetting their own passwords.
- In the future, I would like to see some capabilities in the in person trainings increase. You can set up the trainings, but having hybrid courses is incredibly difficult.
- We have seen a decrease over time of user engagement on the platform which has impacted business objectives and compliance guidelines.
- We have had the ability to track compliance training scores and how that impacts their understanding of their job training.
- Utilizing the assessments, we have seen and increase in overall achievement in our onboarding trainings.
