Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
We used it to send emails for the marketing team. It helped us address the sending emails to new customers and keeping them engaged with our product. Also, it gave the ability to send emails for purchase confirmation, cancelation, and password resets. We were also able to send SMS messages to customers.
- What I like is since I started using Iterable, the product has been evolving and getting more innovative. I enjoy the workflow section on the UI. I like the great customer success team that is always helping us.
