Overall Satisfaction with Iterable

We use Iterable for a range of marketing communications, primarily client retention. We have a range of communications set up; from newsletters to complex and targeted workflows.

I find Iterable to have a simple user interface and straightforward to build a workflow. Editing emails and implementing filters are easy compared to other systems. Reporting is simple and easy to access.

Iterable Support

I've never experienced any issues with Iterable. As I and my colleagues have learnt the system and it's features, response to questions and advice from our account manager is always quick. Kevin knows the product well, and with the few tricky questions has hasn't been able to answer he's been quick to get back to us.

Initially we used premium support (up to one year ago) but because of the time difference the SLAs didn't align. I know that has changed recently with an account team being established in Australia. But our Account Manager Kevin is a fast responder and the situation works for us.
Yes - Yeah, it was a technical issue but was given great attention by multiple team members at Iterable and was solved quickly without detriment to our business.
Just one time? LOL. It's become normal to expect exceptional support. I think it's probably the complex Journey's that I've created and discussing a logic to target clients post purchase is really where their expertise is appreciated.
