Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
We are using Iterable as our marketing automation platform for our inbound marketing, as well as a communication tool to connect with our existing clients. We also help to provide consultation, demo, and onboard Iterable for our clients. Most of the clients are using Iterable to connect with their users through cross-channel automation journeys (email, push notification, SMS, in-app message), as well as blast messaging to their end-users.

- If you don't handle data management well, Iterable can be costly and reduce ROI due to their pricing model that counts all contacts, including unsubscribes, bounces, etc.
- Great platform that allows our marketing team to execute messaging campaigns in one place, and improve efficiency and overall ROI by leveraging the cost of the platform through two different channels that we're using: email, and web push.
- Fast and reliable, nearly zero bugs, and doesn't take much time to load the platform.
Besides Klaviyo which has native integration, and plugins with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Iterable's integration capability is more robust compared to other platforms such as Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, and Mailjet when a business is using Shopify. Iterable supports different channels including web push, app push, in-app message, and SMS, as well as supports cross-channel automation journeys compared to other platforms such as Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, and Mailjet.
