Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Iterable for email marketing within my department and I help other departments within the company use it for their bulk email needs. Because a lot of my colleagues that use this service aren't very tech-savvy, we needed a product that was easy to use and intuitive.

Easy to use and intuitive
Our CSM is very attentive and quick to find solutions

Dynamic content available on the drag and drop side
Better reporting: Having the option to download a CSV report by campaigns instead of date, having the option to download a PNG of the graph, more graph options, ability to edit the graph's X axis to go from left to right and in order of send date instead of date created.

Return on Investment

The ease of template editing, the many options they have design-wise, and the mobile optimization feature has made our newsletter templates stunning. Our open rates have gone up since making the switch.

After going through a couple of services for email marketing my company realized we needed something that was easier to use. Their drag-and-drop option is straightforward and very useful for people who don't know how to code. I'm fairly new to email marketing so our CSM has been a great resource for even the smallest of things. He's always prepared to answer my questions and follows up with solutions. Overall I'm very satisfied with our decision to use Iterable. The only reason why I gave a 9 rating is that their reporting needs some work.
