Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
Iterable is a great email tool, one of the more modern and flexible tools I've used. I've used Marketo, SFMC, Responsys, and HubSpot. Iterable is my favorite. It has a lot of features that provide options in workflows and segmentation. The UI and template generator is also excellent and meets our needs.

- Reporting can improve, it's limited at the moment

Iterable's ability to combine various elements such as SMS, Push, and email, all in an automated and streamlined way, helps save us time and money while providing a unified customer experience.
A consistent hub with all contact information and historical touchpoints help us engage and retain our customers. Furthermore, not having to deal with different tools helps provide a holistic experience.
