Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
We use Iterable for Promotional and Operational email sends. We had some issues with Eloqua creating decision rules on real-time data. But Iterable solved that problem for us.
- Decisions on Real-Time data
- Custom fields availability
- You can message your customers across various channels (email, SMS, push, in-app messages, and web push notification) and grow your customer base, boost engagement, and increase user lifetime value
- Subscription Management could be better
- We should have a Master Exclude filter/list
- Integration with SFDC
- We could scale our nurture programs
- We are sending emails on the basis of real-time data
- We are also managing Customer Journey through Iterable
It helped us to create decision rules on the basis of real-time data. We could sync data into Iterable within new custom fields.
We are maintaining different types of contact data in Iterable by creating different custom objects/fields. Iterable allows you to include various types of content in the messages you send to your users:
- Templates are the blueprints for messages sent with Iterable. They can be as sophisticated as necessary, including static text and HTML, Handlebars logic, personalization, and references to data feeds.
- Snippets allow you to reuse content across templates.
- Catalogs allow you to store data in Iterable and query it at send time to customize a campaign's message for each of its recipients.
- Data Feeds fetch data from external systems and use it to personalize a campaign while it is being sent.
Iterable is a complete cross-channel customer engagement platform. Use it to message your customers across various channels (email, SMS, push, in-app messages, and web push notification) and grow your customer base, boost engagement, and increase user lifetime value.Iterable lets you send the right message to the right device at the right time.
