Overall Satisfaction with iWave
iWave is used for prospect development. It is used in my department (me) only, but I use it to support departments across the organization.
- iWave's 360 Search is super helpful and a huge time-saver.
- Their giving history search is as good or better than other competitors.
- Their customer service is second to none.
- I wish there were better filter features across searches.
- It has been very positive when looking for new prospects.
- I was able to create invitation lists for an event we were having in another state using iWave.
- The time saved by having an aggregated search is ROI enough.
iWave easily stacks up against them. While they may offer similar products, the pricepoint of iWave is great for a small budget.
