Overall Satisfaction with Jahia Digital Experience Platform

We are in the process of implementing Jahia Digital Experience Platform as our client portal. This effort is to unify our client experience as we consolidate our existing portals, as well as speed up the client onboarding process by having one place to access all of our services.

  • I was disappointed that the Jahia dev tools are not production-ready resources.
  • The new layout is miles ahead of version 7 but there is still confusion around editing on the page or through the content editor

[I give it this rating because it] was up most of the time. There are so many scheduled reboots that I don't think it would be a good choice for a 95% SLA.
Support is great. Every issue I've encountered has been addressed and escalated as needed.
Sales and engagement swayed us to purchase Jahia Digital Experience Platform. Personally, I would have gone with Sitecore Experience Platform due to the tech stack. Sitecore Experience Platform never provided anything but a canned demo. Jahia Digital Experience Platform tailored demos to our use case and wowed our stakeholders.
Jahia Digital Experience Platform is great for getting content out. It feels buggy with all the cache issues that I have experienced.
