Overall Satisfaction with Jama Connect

Jama Connect is the best platform in terms of gathering data and Requirements in each and every aspect. It is very convenient to use you just have to raise a request for your credentials and also you can have access to a number of clients using the same credential. This Portal provides a Search bar in which you can search for any related topic you want which makes using Jama more convenient to use. They provide an option to look for older versions as well for any client. It is across the whole Organisation especially in India.
  • Can have access to a number of clients using the same credential.
  • A stream option is available for any quick Jama related chat/ queries with colleagues working on the same project.
  • An advance Search option is also available apart from the regular search bar.
  • Compare Options is available for comparing new and old versions.
  • Daily notifications alerts from Jama for any recent changes or updates on your work email.
  • I felts that some icons are too small in size that sometimes it's difficult to find them.
  • UI has scope for improvement.
  • It is better to get client requirements gathered in Jama Connect than messing around with emails to get some specific details that one searches for.
  • From a business point of view, it can consolidate ones work into one place, where a person can see all their project details and workflow in one place.

Jama Connect helps in achieving business goals by providing many efficient functionalities that are easy to understand and suitable to use in client projects.
When compared to other technologies or approaches, Jama Connect can be described as a platform that has too many features and functionalities. Jama Connect has a feature to reflect daily activities and workflow going on any client project. Reviews and streaming collaboration can be made or done by any employee on its respective project. Therefore, traceability of requirements can be maintained through this.
Jama Connect is well suited if you talk about working together across the globe because this platform provides user connectivity with the project to not one but many colleagues at the same time. It is very important for any Project or Process to be circulated to each and every member involved in it so that there is no confusion about any area or topic and Jama plays crucial role in that. We just need to put all the information once on the portal and every related member can have access to that at same time. Any changes, chats, activity is circulated to everyone.
