Overall Satisfaction with Jamf Pro
We use it to manage Macs and mobile devices in student labs and classrooms. The major problem that this tool solved was the large amount of labor required to configure and reset the Apple devices every summer. Now the majority of the work can be done remotely and by one or two individuals at most. It also simplifies the recovery process for when a student were to cause any issues on the devices.

- Minimized users setup from their first day after hire, or a full device reset, from 2-3 days to 2-4 hours total, saving thousands in lost labor hours across the enterprise.
Its not capable of doing all the same tasks and configurations as Jamf Pro allows, especially with new user device setup or recovery management.
