Overall Satisfaction with Jamf Pro

I use it to manage macOS devices. My company was desperately in need of something to manage our Macs. Jamf Pro has been able to help us do that and more. Our IT department is short-staffed and Jamf Pro is beneficial to us by giving me the ability to perform updates and installs remotely.

  • Out of box experience for users.
  • Excellent support team.
  • Patch management can use a lot of bandwidth at times. I wish we could schedule patch management.
  • OS deployment and maintenance.
  • Patch management.
  • Inventory.
  • Increased efficiency.

Jamf Pro has done everything I need it to do, so I have no complaints. There is a lot that comes with it, so there is a lot to learn. Jamf has all of the resources to help you successfully manage your environment. The Jamf Nation community is top-notch.
