Overall Satisfaction with JIRA Software

The complete organization uses JIRA to track the issues or create user stories for developers.
  • Managing workflow is too good.
  • Miscalculates the pending minutes some times.
  • I would say always positive because it helps people where they are at and makes progress quickly to meet deadlines sooner.
We tried using TFS for couple of weeks but most of us use to feel that it's very difficult to use compare to JIRA.
It is easy to create, assign, track workflow and store comments and also sending emails on the ticket is really helpful.
