Overall Satisfaction with Jira Software

We use JIRA for bug/issue tracking and also project management activities. JIRA is used throughout our organization across all teams. The business problem it addresses is that it gives everybody on the team a clear cut view of what the issue is and how to track and it also gives another view of the steps required to solve the issue.

JIRA is number 1 in our opinion and has been our go-to software project tool over the past few years. With continuous product improvements, the application is only becoming better and better and will go ahead with respect to other tools that are available in the market at this time.
A 10 rating is only apt for the product we are using. It has ticked all boxes like issue tracking, project management and so on. The application with its availability on mobile devices as well has also added more to the rating of 10.

I would easily recommend JIRA to anyone as the process of creating an issue and adding artifacts to the issue like screenshots, screen-recording, and text files is fluid. Selecting the project, adding appropriate tags to the project and so on is very easy. The developer's view and moving the issue to various stages of the bug life-cycle is really good.
