Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

We use JobDiva for fetching resumes from different portals and maintaining the database. We also use it to reach consultants for our urgent client's requirements. We search for consultants and ask them to apply for jobs. It is used by the whole organization. Every department uses JobDiva as per their need. It resolves some business problems and it is a faster tool than others and is a good database.
  • Easy to search for resumes.
  • Good database tool.
  • Fast resume fetching.
  • It needs to be connected to LinkedIn.
  • Its cost is little bit higher than others. This is the only negative impact. It has to be bit more faster than other tools.
Compared to other tools, Jobdiva is easy and faster and has a good database. It helps to improve the search string and resume searching. It is good in rating and good in searching for resumes.
We are satisfied with the properties of JobDiva. It is well suited for all scenarios. It has to work on more advanced features like Taleo and other HRMS tools provide.
