Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

My organization uses JobDiva for Recruitment, Onboarding, shortlisting candidates, interviewing, and making notes. I use JobDiva for recruitment. It is an excellent applicant tracking system. I get all the information about the candidates, including all the resumes to date that they've uploaded on different job portals. It is the sum of all the job portals, including all the good ones. It is the best ATS I have used to date.
  • It is a sum of all the job boards so instead of sourcing the candidates from different job portals, it minimizes the time. We can easily place good candidates within a minimal time frame.
  • It fetches the best result via Boolean string compared to other job portals
  • For a resume, it allows me to check if I contacted him/her previously, what were the comments, so it's easy for me to short-list the candidates
  • While putting a search string, it does not have the option to put a maximum number of years. For example, I need someone within a range of 2-4 years, that means someone with less than 5 years experience, but there is no option to do this now.
  • It reduces our time of work and increases quality of work
In comparison to other products it is quick and easy to handle with lots of applications built-in. It's easy to upload any other data about candidates, to put notes or comments which can be seen whenever required. It's easy to maintain quality of the candidates while sourcing as we already have the notes or comments for almost every resume in the portal so that it is easy for us to review them. We can upload the documents of candidates in JobDiva which is not possible with every ATS. Some ATS have some good qualities but JobDiva is ALL IN ONE
Job Diva is always well suited for recruitment because it keeps all the records of the data which we enter into it, carries a lot of data, and is very fast, easy and quick to handle. I use JobDiva for recruitment and onboarding purposes, and as per my view it is the best ATS so far

  • My organization usually performs sourcing, recruitment for our clients and apart from that it can be used to store notes or comments for future reference.
  • Additionally it can be used for redeployment of the candidates as the documents have already been saved in JobDiva, so it's very easy to pull out the data in the future.
I would like to renew the use of JobDiva as it provides several features in one single portal.

Using JobDiva

JobDiva is one of the best applicant tracking systems - it's easy for recruiters to use and provides the ability to quickly build a search and filter millions of resumes of available candidates with the required levels of experience, skills or attributes. Jobdiva itself is a very intelligent and powerful tool to recruit and source qualified candidates.

  • Sourcing became very easy as it brings almost all the job portals in one
  • It helps to send multiple emails to candidates at a time so that means it reduces time spent sending emails
  • It helps to update the comments / notes of the candidates so in the future before calling any candidate we can refer to those comments
  • it does not allow a limit in the years of experience so we need to search the candidate by putting Boolean strings
