Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

We evaluated JobDiva as part of an organization-wide effort to modernize our hiring and recruiting process. While we ultimately decided to go with another vendor, there were several features in JobDiva that I found very impressive. Most notably the ability to automatically source resumes from multiple sources, and consolidate them into a unified feed was amazing and I would love to see this in more products.

There were a few rough edges around the email templates feature, but other than that I might recommend JobDiva for smaller organizations. However I am not sure if it would scale for larger organizations that don't have time to spend onboarding a team of maintainers.

We are using JobDiva as an Applicant Tracking System and working on the records to fill vacancies in our company, The problem that it addressed was it removed the manual process of emailing leads and made all info available in one database for teams to access. We could work on the records much faster and efficiently.

JobDiva, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
JobDiva is one of the best applicant tracking systems that I have used so far. It is user friendly. It has a build-in database of resumes inside the system. You can do sourcing inside the ATS, and you can save a Boolean search for each job order. JobDiva is well suited for finding talent on the market and it is very easy to use (user-friendly). It has a wide database structure that allows new daily updates to its users.
