Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
JobDiva was being used by the hiring department mainly. But other departments had minimal usage for screening of applicants.
It has a streamlined staffing process and it also integrates with LinkedIn recruiting system, Dice, Indeed and other systems inclosing Gmail. However this integration with other third party system feature was not used by us as it was not very straightforward.

- Talent management.
- Integration with other tools.
- Resume aggregation.
- Platform UI.
- No negative impact as such.
- There are good staffing and recruiting solutions out there, so this may not be a very good choice.
- But sometimes it is value for money as it's a little cheaper than the other ones.
JobDiva was much cheaper than the other competitors which made it an obvious choice to try.
