Overall Satisfaction with Jobma

We started using this to improve our existing phone screening process. Our recruiters were screening candidates via phone calls and it was taking up a lot of time. There were also disconnects when we presented the candidates to our clients after the phone screening. One-way video interviews seem to fill that gap nicely. Our team spends less time on the phone and our clients get to decide which candidates they like and want to move forward with.
  • Easy to use, works on mobile phones as well
  • Candidates like doing these interviews, they are short and can be done whenever they want.

  • Scheduling is very confusing if you want to use Live Video Interviews
  • It took a little while to get my Outlook to sync with my Jobma calendar. We had to contact support to fix it.

We used Zoom for Live video calls but it does not have a one-way video interview option, which isn't a negative against Zoom, zoom isn't a hiring tool. So we needed to find something that was built for recruitment or hiring.

This is pretty much perfect if you are in a situation like us i.e, want to improve/replace your phone screening and ensure your clients only interview good candidates. It also works great for pretty much any role you might be hiring for since the video interview part happens early in the process. The only scenario where this might not be used in your recruitment process is if you hire a few people throughout the year. In that case, it probably doesn't make sense.
