Overall Satisfaction with Jobvite

The entire Recruiting function uses Trulia for all of our Applicant Tracking System needs. Hiring Managers and interviewers are entering in their feedback, seeing resumes, and accepting calendar scheduling.

  • Information is organized and easy to find and navigate
  • The newest version requires less "clicks" and performs better than the previous version
  • Better search capability
  • Overall it's easily adopted by employees - not a big learning curve
I have used Taleo and a Proprietary ATS. There is no "perfect" ATS but Jobvite does a good job with the basics, and does a great job integrating social media and search functions from the Internet.
Overall, it is a good ATS and they take feedback well if there are issues.

Using Jobvite

Overall it's good - it does what it needs to do - and since our upgrade about 4 months ago, it has run smoother, has less downtime, and has continued to integrate Internet information into the product.

Using Jobvite

It's overall a decent ATS - again, there is no perfect ATS, and it does the basics and goes a little above the average ATS. The biggest negative is it's lack of robust reporting functions.
