We use Jobvite for our ATS system and we recruit for all of our roles using the system. It helps us to keep track of candidate progress, and smoothly take them through the hiring process. It also supports our candidate communication and our collaboration with hiring managers

The chat is almost useless. I feel whenever I chat with a live agent I end up knowing more about Jobvite than the person supporting it. They barely offer any live support, and just send tutorials to read through. The ticketing system takes forever, many times the tickets come back with comments that do not pertain to the correct issue - then they mark them as resolved. Very frustrating. Last week I had a high-priority ticket related to workflows and it took 5 days to resolve. This is not the urgency id like to see on those sorts of issues, where something is broken that is directly affecting our ability to move candidate sin process and schedule the next steps/

Small and medium-sized organizations, scaling organizations. Where do you have a team that can benefit from a lot of automation When you do not have coordinators to support with scheduling, this system really helps speed up that process and automate a lot of the scheduling
