Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it as an ATS primarily. It tracks applications, requisitions, potential future candidates, offers, approvals, and the entire hiring process up until the point of onboarding.

Cons

Cost of texting service - included with other services.
Better job description database capabilities.
Integrate with Paylocity.

Return on Investment

It's streamlined our process, saving time and money.
It prevents duplicates and helps track who was submitted by an external (paid) agency.
Compliance is key to preventing lawsuits.

The support reps are helpful and efficient. They are prompt to assist and offer additional services that may be helpful to the bottom line. Sometimes we cannot take advantage of service due to the additional cost, but it is good to know what is possibly available for the future.

Bullhorn's search feature is more robust, but overall Jobvite suits our needs much better for a corporate environment.

We use Jobvite to keep up with applicants, as well as potential candidates in the pipeline, and it's very efficient for keeping up with candidate communications. I do strongly wish it included a better job database system so that I didn't need a whole separate service for that (or multiple Word docs, etc).
