Overall Satisfaction with JotForm

As my small business has grown larger I needed to find a method that is able to help me track orders and also the progress and completion of each order. JotForm is great because you are able to personalize your order form and spreadsheets! It has helped me stay organized and on track, even on the go with its iPhone App. O can send my link to clients and have their orders automatically categorized as "pending" and am able to move it along until completion with a categorization system I developed and put into the form. Clients are also able to leave notes, upload images, make payments and more using the form. It's made things so easy and streamlined during these busy times! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs an order form or tracking system.

It took a second to figure out how to customize forms, but just a second. Much easier to use on laptop versus mobile app
