Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use JotForm to book in new members & trialists, to create permission forms and to add people to our various waiting lists. This has helped us massively to become as paper/pen free as possible, which is just what we needed during a pandemic. We use JotForm across our whole gymnastics club.

Pros and Cons

They have a great FAQ page where I have been able to resolve most of my queries myself without having to get in contact.
Thousands of templates to choose from which makes creating a form quick and easy.
We are a non-profit gymnastics club so the fact that their basic package is FREE has been a huge help.

I'd like to be able to print off all submissions for each form in one go. Rather than having to click on each enrolment form and print individually.

Discovering JotForm was a big relief to us during the pandemic. Upon reopening the club, we wanted to be as paper/pen free as we could possibly be. They had thousands of different templates which made setting up our forms quick and easy- just what we needed when there was already so much work to do to reopen. They have always responded quickly to any enquiries and have a really helpful FAQ page where we have been able to find the answers to most of our questions without having to get in contact. The best part is that their basic plan is completely FREE!

Likelihood to Recommend

If you need an online form but have little experience in creating them, JotForm is definitely the programme for you! I had no idea where to start when we first wanted everything online, but with JotForm, I was able to create my first form within less than an hour!!
