Overall Satisfaction with JotForm

We've been using JotForm for our QR Covid liability waivers. Super easy, super quick and easy to use.
  • Sends forms efficiently to our email address
  • Easy to use
  • Quick
  • When you scan the QR code people get confused as the text comes up small and they don't see the start filling out right away.
  • Positive as in we use it for a contact less waiver system

Our clients have trouble using it sometimes. Like picking todays date always seems difficult and when opening the form. possibly signing it on their phones to.
