Overall Satisfaction with JustCall
JustCall is a very good program for making and tracking calls and text messages. Through JustCall I can make calls to follow up on the complaints of customers and follow up on work requests at a very reasonable price on all these features, but it needs to improve the quality of calls to be a great program.

Through the use of JustCall, I can make calls with customers, send and track text messages, and also save calls and messages. When I need them, I can return to them in an easy way and do not need a lot of training to work on it. One of its advantages is that it saves time and facilitates work, but it is only suitable for small and medium companies.
